Course Objective: 

This course will educate participants on what is Load Securement and why is it important?

Classroom Topics:

• General Securement Requirements
• Securing heavy equipment, machinery and vehicles
• Containment, immobilizing and securement
• Working Load Limit (WLL)
• Determining required number/size of securement devices
• Required inspections by drivers
• Understanding proper terminology
• Tie down devices

Field Activities:

This portion of the training is customized for the specific equipment to be used by the employee.
